Collection: ISO Chilli

ISO Chilli was born out of the challenges of isolation during Melbourne's lockdown in 2020. After unsuccessful attempts to find the perfect chili oil to satisfy cravings for Sichuan food and hot pot, the founders developed the Original recipe for ISO Chilli.

Initially shared with friends and family, the chili oil gained popularity, leading to the decision to launch ISO Chilli to the public when Melbourne entered another lockdown in 2021. The official launch took place on September 27th, bringing their unique flavor to chili enthusiasts everywhere.
